An Evening to Center and Ground: Sound Bath and Yoga Event
Carnelia Mental Health is pleased to offer a special evening event focused on centering and grounding for the new season upon us. Margaret Selva of Forest Floor Wellness will provide a delightful Sound Bath as Iris Page, a yoga instructor from Carpe Diem Yoga Studio, guides attendees in Yin Yoga, a very relaxed and comforting slow movement.
Curious about what a Sound Bath is? Margaret shares “These instruments create repetitive, soothing, perfect tones to induce complete calm in the mind and body.”
This event is for anyone needing the space to just be still for a moment. There will be no specific disclosure or psychotherapy based elements in the evening. Just relaxation.
We encourage attendees to dress comfortably. The use of yoga mats and bolsters will be generously provided by: Carpe Diem Yoga Studio
Hosted in Carnelia Mental Health’s Space: 7300 W. 147th St. Suite 404 Apple Valley MN 55124
Cost is 20$ for attendance to cover facilitators time. If the fee is prohibitive please reach out to us via email.
