Perinatal Mental Health
Welcoming a new baby to your life? Life is going to change as you know it. Don’t forget to prepare to care for yourself and your relationship. Welcomed baby and finding the adjustment difficult? Navigating infertility and/or loss? We are here for you. We have trained providers that specialize in perinatal and reproductive mental health resourcing in many forms to help you.

Workshops/Retreats/Conferences
We take insurance.
We are currently in “In Network” providers with these plans: United Health Care, Optum, Medica, UMR, BIND/SUREST, MN Medical Assistance (MA), Medicaid, Aetna, First Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners and UCARE.
If you plan to use insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance company to determine your current plan benefits for coverage of mental health services. See our fee sheet for common medical codes utilized.
Is your plan not on the list? We are currently working hard to establish contracts with other payers. In the meantime, we do offer private pay and sliding scale options. Ask us about your options.
