Elizabeth (Liz; She/Her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Supervisor, and Trainer who has been practicing mental health therapy for over 10 years.
Liz is passionate about providing accessible mental health education in her community and has been a presenter for workshops, trainings and a frequent contributor on KSTP news and morning shows.
