Lydia (she/her) is a clinical social work intern who works with teenagers (13+) and adults. She believes everyone can benefit from therapy and that setting small goals can help individuals to grow in remarkable ways. She works with clients to reflect, process, and move with intention towards feeling more grounded and confident.

Lydia utilizes a variety of therapeutic models including narrative therapies, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and grief.
